Myself and 2 other people ate at your restaurant on Sunday, Oct 16th between 11:30 and 12:30. The check total was 49.62 including tax. I left $11.00 with out server as a tip. I paid this ticket with a recently received VISA Gift Card ($100 card). I happened to check the balance on the card when we arrived home and found that an additional $9+ had been deducted. The receipt did not indicate this. Evidently, your system deducts for tips without the customer's knowledge. When speaking with the "Manager" on Oct 17, he stated that they DID NOT deduct the additional funds. Someone at your establishment owes me over $9 (+ the fuel to drive back to Ocean Buffet with no results).
